For the past couple of years, everything has been different and we all learnt certain behaviours. Our behaviour as consumers has also changed. Due to this reason, Adyen carried out a survey interviewing more than 3,000 consumers and 460 retail and hospitality brands across UK and Ireland to better understand what customers now want and how brands plan to fulfil those needs and desires.
